These are being made in very limited quantities! The lavender hemp fabric is also made and dyed by the Hmong Hill Tribe Indians. Hemp is a soft fabric in vibrant colors and is similar to linen fabric. The pom-poms are also hand made by the Hmong Indians. Each of these vests are a piece of art.
